Despite the book being titled, “7 Attributes For Success” it is firmly based upon what Pat calls her A, B, C core techniques for wellbeing. But the defining strategy in Pat‘s method is that you have to do it! It is not good enough to read the book and then file it away on the book-shelf. The techniques have to be understood, learned and, most importantly, practiced! To steal a phrase from yogi Sri K Pattabhi Jois “Practice, practice and all is coming”. So while here we are reviewing a book, the book itself is not meant to be just read…it is meant to be an instruction manual that can be followed to allow you to make improvements to your everyday life.Read the3rdimagazine review

Even if you’re used to thinking outside the box, this book gives an added dimension to possibilities. I’ve read it front to back twice and get something different from it each time. I also use it to dip in and out of to explore where I am in situations, to determine what could be an alternative way of thinking about something. It’s been so helpful for making big and small decisions, as well as writing articles and blogs. Tom’s a master at taking a concept and pushing it … he’s done it simply and accessibly. Readers have no option but to wake up and taste differences in their lives in all manner of ways.Read the3rdimagazine review

MY BIG TOE by THOMAS CAMPBELLCampbell’s Big TOE refers to nothing less than a Theory of Everything. In a bigger picture of our existence than is usually presented, My Big TOE weaves many theories together to create a model of reality through which you can begin your journey towards a higher quality of consciousness.
Campbell’s books are derived from his own experiences with altered states of consciousness, his work and experiments with respected people in various fields, and the objective verification of the results. The author shows how previously, Philosophy, Physics, and Metaphysics clashed in their isolated quests for answers to the nature of reality, and that, by setting the camera of our conscious mind to a wide-angle lens, we can better understand reality in the larger sense.
