We all have our own world view; our own, individual, unique way of experiencing the world.
New discoveries and understanding in neural science are being made all the time. Understandings about how:-
We as human beings process information, if we change and improve something small on the inside, just how it can have a massive effect on our wellbeing as a whole, and this information projects itself into our view of the world.
We then create our external experiences from it.
Think of it like yoga for the brain. By developing more flexibility, balance and inner strength and by gaining the ability to switch yourself back into a positive mind state, as and when you need to, has to be a good thing. It should be your choice to have the life you would like to experience and not the one you have been conditioned to experience.

A belief of one of the oldest teachings from the Ancient East, Ayurveda (Life Knowledge) is:-
If you want to know what you are going to physically look like in 12 months time then take a look at how and what you are thinking now.
So if you want to know what you were thinking 12 months ago then look at your physical body now.
There is always a match!
With this in mind, think about someone who is dissatisfied with their body shape or who has an illness or disease. It is very important that they see themselves how they would like to be in the future and not just diet because they see themselves as being overweight or just taking their medication because they are ill. It is very much about seeing themselves in the future as being happy and healthy and not just dieting or taking their medication because they are unhappy or unwell at that moment.
Ayurveda tells us that every cell of the body is replaced over a 12 month period and in fact, we have an almost completely new cell-body every year. The belief is that the picture or self image that we hold of ourselves is like a blueprint or a plan for your body/mind to build this year’s model.
Your thoughts have a direct effect on your behaviour and vice versa. Your breathing has an effect on your emotional state of mind and vice versa.
These emotionally influenced experiences can be fired off from an external trigger; a word, a smell, a sound, a feeling, the way someone looks at you or what someone says or does to you. Can you think of anything that gets you emotionally charged, positively or negatively?
Well that’s a trigger! Someone or something outside of you has triggered an emotional state inside you.
There are positive emotional triggered responses and negative emotional triggered responses. The positive triggers fire you into a positive state of mind which improves your behaviour and makes the world a beautiful place. You seem empowered and fun to be with. You attract and radiate abundance in a magical zone. You are in alignment.
The negative triggers fire you into a negative state of mind which also affects your behaviour. These make the world a darker place. You seem disempowered and are not fun to be with. You attract and radiate doom and gloom in the same magical zone. You are out of alignment.
The only difference is the state of mind which the trigger has created and how the emotional response makes you feel. In essence, how to get yourself in a better state of mind for the majority of the time and regain alignment.
